Bouvier Eulen is a strategic consultant and executive leader specializing in Organizational Growth, Leadership Development, and Career Branding—with a unique focus on the mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) sector.

As the Executive Director of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA) since 2021, Bouvier has led transformative initiatives that advance the organization’s mission and expand its reach. Her background includes nine years as a litigation paralegal and mediation training at the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution, equipping her with a strong foundation in legal, administrative, and conflict resolution practices.

Bouvier partners with all types of ADR organizations, universities that offer ADR programs, and businesses that support conflict resolution, helping them strengthen their leadership, expand their impact, and grow their communities.
